House N
Wow, this house is something else! It’s called House N and stands in Oyta, Japan.
The house, designed by Sou Fujimoto Architects, consists of three nesting boxes with large holes, making it seemingly see-through. The inner box however offers privacy, thanks to the smart placement of the windows. Incredible!

To lay on the floor and look up at that beautiful white multilevel ceiling would be an inspiring experience. (Doesn’t look like you’d get the same view from the couch, though – perhaps it could be moved further out into the room.)
