IE-TAGs

Apparently, 3,000 pounds of wood waste is generated during home constructions. Fortunately, there are plenty options for wood waste disposal. Naruse-Inokama Architects reuse wood waste from home constructions to generate paper. And out of that paper, they designed a product, IE-TAGs.

Referred to as “Little houses made from big houses,” IE-TAGs (house-tags) are house-shaped sticky notes, like  Post-it notes. Get in line fast!

Post-its and virtual desktop sticky notes come as a relief. They contain treasures of our thoughts in our pump-happy moments. They also encourage us to embrace our disorder. Messiness is a big part of the brand’s business: neatly piled, in a beautifully easygoing pile kind—a signature of individuality.

  1. These are wonderful. I use sticky notes everyday. I’m always searching for plain white sticky notes. I complain often that there are almost no sources.

  2. sticking them to a wall in an overlapping scale effect (upside down) would make an incredibly textured minimalist art installation.

  3. I love it!!!

  4. Where can I purchase the IE-Tags.
    Thx,
    Gary
