London-based graphic design studio All Works Co. has developed this simple and clever identity for Martin Webb, the also London-based filmmaker specialising in documentary. The established starting point was to take a minimal and refined approach to the whole identity from print through to digital design. The studio explains:
The outcome centres around a monogram/ambigram that retains its meaning when viewed from a different orientation, in reference to the multiple ways a filmmaker can approach and interpret a subject. The minimal aesthetic of the identity was further emphasised in the strict monochromatic colour palette and refined typographic styles.
This is a clever and impactful logo that is the protagonist of all materials produced using just black and white colours—a fully responsive website, a complete set of stationery and a series of templates for admin based applications.
