The Miura Ori screen is a design by Ruiwen Lim based on origami, the traditional Japanese art of paper folding.

Origami uses only paper and folds. Glue or staples are not allowed. One of the more popular folds is the miura ori, which is a very rigid fold and thus ideal for this use.

The folds make contrasts of light and shadow very soft and elegant, with the classic purity of the orient design.
