Dryerhair is an aesthetically pleasing hair dryer, created by UK based design studio Industrial Facility. Stripped to its absolute essentials, the object makes a strong statement. Instead of being an eyesore, as unfortunately most hair dryers are, this piece is a proud contribution to the space it occupies.

Industrial Facility cofounder Sam Hecht elaborates:

The purpose of the project is to illustrate just how conservative and unuseful most of these types of products still are, and that manufacturers are letting us down. I'm not saying this is the only design solution, but it is clear that a much more resonant result can be obtained when you think about a hair dryer not through product design but through where the product will spend its life.

Dryhair is a concept piece I really hope to see produced.
