Maxim Maximov's Fon is a collection of subtle shapes imposed in formal objects. Inspired by nature and the organic ebb and flow of natural processes and their resulting forms, Fon is a reconnection to that rhythm. Made from both plastic and ceramic, this series is a collection of shapes, vessels and sculpture. Whether utilised as form or function, their effortless forms and seamless translucency set them apart. The designer’s intention is to envision pieces that create a rest from the daily bustle by filling these moments of meditation with nature.

Maximov is based on Russia and has a calibre of beautifully curated industrial design pieces in his portfolio to date. All have an infused deep meaning and are intentionally minimal and the result of a calculated intent. Fon is in amongst beautiful company, amongst his brood.
